Our Process

Once we receive what you are looking for in your photography shoot we like to sit down and assess your expectations. Please be thorough in any specifics that you might have that will help us understand what you're looking for in your initial contact.

Next, we like to talk verbally and really determine what we think the project's vision is and iron out specifics. We have found that this is a very important process because there might be a number of ways to save money, have better planning or add something that will make the value of the photo shoot greater.

We will present a quote with scope of work and specifics that were ironed out during our talk about the project. Even a small shoot can be made great by spending the time making sure the details are ironed out. This is also a great opportunity for us to get examples from you of some photographs that you love so that we can incorporate that into our scope of work.

After the signed contract of quote and scope of work/expectations is acquired, we like to have one more small planning session. This usually takes place right before the photography shoot on site. This is important to accommodate any changes that might have come across someone's mind and to make sure that we are all going into the shoot accommodating everyone's vision. We like to be thorough and even on a small photo shoot, communication is key. Then we take some great photos.
